Hyper-personalized healthcare communications for better patient outcomes.

04/02/2025

🚀 We're excited to share that Tim Glennon has joined Rehavior, Inc. as our new Fractional Chief Commercial Officer!

Tim brings nearly three decades of commercial leadership across BioPharma—spanning marketing, sales, and operations. His experience aligns perfectly with Rehavior’s mission of hyper-personalized healthcare communication powered by AI and machine learning.
Rehavior has long excelled at enhancing communication and outcomes for healthcare stakeholdersby applying behavioral science at scale. With Tim on board, we’re expanding that impact—bridging communication gaps and addressing critical challenges in patient engagement and clinical trial recruitment.

At the core of our work is the Health Motivation Identifier (HMI)—a behavioral science tool that uncovers the conscious and subconscious drivers of patient behavior. Tim’s leadership will help scale this innovation across more systems and care settings.
Here's what our leadership team had to say:

“Tim’s leadership will enable Rehavior to bridge gaps in healthcare communication while addressing critical challenges in patient engagement and clinical trial recruitment. We look forward to the transformative impact he will bring to our organization and the broader healthcare ecosystem.”
– Ken Rotondo, President & Co-founder

“Tim understands the value of translating behavioral insights into meaningful action.”
– Taarini Gupta, Co-founder & Behavioral Scientist

Welcome to the team, Tim!

Rehavior President, Ken Rotondo and Behavioral Heath Solutions Consultant, Lenny Burke will be attending the InUnity Alliance Annual Conference this week in Saratoga. They hope to share how Rehavior Hyper-personalizes patient engagement for increased rates for recovery.

10/11/2024

As came to an early close due to the approach of Hurricane Milton, we were reminded of the unpredictability of life’s challenges—much like the journey of recovery. While our time together was shortened, the meaningful connections and valuable insights we shared remain with us.
In both recovery and mental health, navigating uncertainty requires us to adapt and remain grounded in hope. At Rehavior, we know that personalized communication can be a lifeline, providing the support and engagement that individuals need to move forward, even when the path ahead is unclear.
Though we couldn’t continue the conference as planned, we are grateful for the conversations we began and the collective focus on improving lives. Until next time, let’s stay focused on our shared mission and continue to support one another in the work we do.

🎤 Rapper and country music star Jelly Roll (Jason DeFord) delivered a powerful Senate testimony on the fentanyl crisis, urging for tougher legislation. He shared a sobering reality: every day, enough lives are lost to addiction to fill a plane—a tragedy he compared to a plane falling out of the sky daily.

Shockingly, only 1 in 10 people who initially seek treatment actually enter a recovery program, and of those, only 3 out of 10 remain in recovery after 6 months. These SAMHSA statistics underscore the critical need for better communication and engagement in addiction recovery.

At Rehavior, we’re committed to changing this narrative. Our state-of-the-art technology uses Machine Learning and AI to help healthcare providers have more effective conversations with their patients. With simple yet impactful interactions, we can double the lives saved and support those in recovery more effectively.

💡 Cost Savings & Impact:
Beyond saving lives, effective communication reduces unnecessary follow-ups, cuts healthcare costs, and makes care delivery more efficient. By catching issues early and keeping patients engaged, Rehavior helps avoid the high costs associated with late-stage treatments, contributing to a more sustainable healthcare system.
Together, we can turn the tide on this epidemic. Watch Jelly Roll's testimony and see why better communication in healthcare is more crucial than ever.
