Hello Everyone, here's a little reminder;

As the weather becomes colder and more unpredictable, our elders tend to become more dormant and have less interest in going out and socializing. We need to encourage them to stay active in their local senior centers, churches, YMCAs or whatever brings them joy and keeps their minds and bodies stimulated.
