Awaken your bodies wisdom! Join me Susan Cuda, for a 6 week journey into the heart of movement, awareness and self-discovery. Through gentle, intentional movement and somatic exploration, you'll learn how to listen to your body in a new way---unlocking ease, balance, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself. Each session builds upon the last, guiding you to release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your bodies natural intelligence. By observing subtle sensations, we uncover and shift unconscious holding patterns that may be limiting your comfort and vitality.

Functional 6 Week Movement Class
I’ve created a movement class that focuses on your discomfort. Simple exercises that build over 6 weeks to bring awareness to your habits with the goal of changing them if you wish. As we move we notice the important relationship between head, spine and pelvis. Are they in alignment? If not, why not? I encourage you to notice your breathing patterns as you move. Does it feel full, easy and comfortable? If not ,why not? We’ll explore together.

Cost: $120 for all 6 Saturday’s

You will need 4 props: 1 yoga mat, 1 blanket, 2 yoga blocks

We begin Saturday February 22 – March 29. 12:15 – 1:30pm.
