Also…it’s completely safe for children as young as this guy to weight train guys…keep the environment safe and keep the example set! Notice his smile…working out is GOOD

🤩 TRANSFORMATION 🤩

MJ here has been training with Carlini Fitness putting in the work. This is one year. Only 16 years old!

-Has gone from a 44 waist to a 38
-Has made incredible strength gains

Has also learned about his body, nutrition, commitment, patience and dedication. All great life virtues at such a young age. This young man has made us proud and inspires us to be the best trainers we can be. I hope he inspires some of you ❤️
