This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your heart. An afternoon of yoga, sound healing, reiki, meditation, and deep nourishment —ending in community + connection.
An important part of this mini retreat will include meditation. Through meditation, we learn to gently turn toward ourselves. To see clearly. To soften with compassion. To rest in a deeper sense of inner peace that isn’t dependent on what’s happening around us.
And from that place, resilience is born—a quiet strength that allows us to stay open, grounded, and connected, even in the midst of change.
