They always have the best speakers to ignite me personally and professionally pushing me to want to do better and better. My experience as a practicing esthetician for more than 40 years has proven to me that the most important practice for aging beautifully is to practice good skin care every day at home with a clean beauty brand, to have professional facials monthly and to make smart choices that support good health like getting enough sleep, drinking water, eating well, moving every day, meditating to reduce stress and staying away from inflammatory foods. We do have control over how we age! Looking good is enhanced with laser therapies, microneedling, injectables and bio stimulators but it always needs to have a solid foundation of living well and using good clean skin care!
