Always enjoy learning from my good friend Cecily Braden. Today was all about the Lymph Drainage Brush. The skin is the largest organ of the body and it’s a mirror of what’s going on inside. The symptoms we see on the surface is really just that, a symptom. When treating the skin we must consider what the root cause is so we can be more effective in improving the condition. Lymph drainage is part of that process. Cecily will be teaching a class on November 20 at Complexions. You will learn this self care technique by the master herself!
