☀️🛶It’s FINALLY time to hang by the lake for aerial yoga at the starting June 18 — one of our favorite parts about summer! Every Tuesday, we’ll host 2, all levels aerial yoga classes at 515pm and 630pm underneath the pavilion, right next to the water and enjoying the beautiful sounds and sceneries of summer on the lake in Saratoga! Classes are non refundable and are rain or shine, unless in the case of inclement we ather and we will honor your pass towards a future Tuesday class!

We hope you’re enjoyed the sunshine this holiday weekend! 🌞 Meet us at for TWO final times — we’ve got aerial yoga tonight and next Tuesday, 9/5 and 9/12 at 515pm and 630pm and then the season is over until next summer!!! Be sure to use your remaining passes as they do NOT roll over and cannot be used at the Albany studio.

SUP Yoga means we practice on a Stand Up Paddleboards while practicing traditional seated and standing postures. Join us for sup and then stay for aerial yoga at the shak at 515pm and 630pm!
