…and a little reminder that you don’t have to “eat perfectly” to feel good
As a functional nutritionist, this is what I actually focus on when we go out:
– I build my plate around protein
– I choose foods that feel good in my body (not just what sounds “healthy”)
– and I don’t stress over every ingredient
Because the truth is…
your body responds better to consistency than perfection
Most women I work with aren’t struggling because of one meal out
they’re struggling because they don’t know how to navigate real life without starting over every Monday
