Brought my table down to Miami on my birthday trip last weekend. So glad I did 🙏 I love being able to adjust anywhere. It makes the act of healing so flexible and fluid with the ability to create the perfect environment for someone.

Now all I need to do is to invite another chiropractor so they can keep me dialed in too👌

Man there’s nothing like momentum! Once you get it, double down, work harder and don’t let it go. I’ve been starting to feel it building here finally and I’m so excited about it.

It’s been almost 4 months since I’ve been in Florida and it feels like time is flying by. I’m learning so much, and getting really excited about the team/family we’re building. It’s just beginning but the future is beautiful. I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish in the next few years! Stay tuned Fam 😊 and come visit.

When I met Beth at a Functional Medicine conference a few years ago I knew that she was one of those rare gems of a doctor. Not only does she live what she teaches, she’s incredibly smart, a boss, and shares our same passion for changing the way healthcare is done in this country!

Almost 6 weeks in to this Florida journey and I’ve already had some amazing things happen.

I’m learning how to constantly operate outside my comfort zone and push the limits that I naturally try to place on myself. How to start something new and really become a leader through effort, and example. It’s something that I’m finding takes consistent thoughtfulness and forethought.

I’ve already met some incredible people, helped some amazing patients and also realize this journey is just getting started.

Very excited to see where I’ll be at in a few months time. Appreciate you! Stay tuned for the journey fam 🙌

This weekend’s experience delivering chiropractic to members and friends at was amazing! I’ve only been here a few weeks and I’m already thoroughly enjoying this community and all the amazing people I continue to meet.

Big shoutout to .oliveri for bringing me in on this and to the team at Hyde House. You guys were very welcoming and it shows that you want to continue elevating what you deliver to your members. Definitely looking forward to working with you all more in the future! 🙏
