With my yoga training, coming to an end in a few weeks. I am going to be offering three classes next week being donation based. (Suggested donation is $5-$10)
Location is at the Palladium in Sargent Nebraska.
The days and times will be Monday, May 18 at 6:15 PM Tuesday, May 19 at 7:45 AM and May 21 at 6:15 PM.
I suggest that along with bringing a yoga mat may want to bring a block, and a strap(a belt or band will also work, this will help you with stretches)
The classes will be approximately one hour long. Be sure if you’d like to bring a friend to bring them along, the more the merrier. Hope to see you there.

Hello!
My name is Gwen and I will soon be bringing yoga to the Sargent area!
I will complete my 200 YTT in June and will then be offering yoga several times a week.
I am currently taking my training in Loup City Shanti Yoga Peace. Peace. studio with the wonderful Jody l!!!!!!!!
It was been a wonderful 6 months of training and amazing learning and can not wait share what I have learned with you!!!!!

Right now I am offering donation based yoga classes that are part of my training. I hold these in Sargent at the Palladium. Currently Monday or Tuesday evenings and hope to add a few more days!!!!!
Please consider joining us! It is a great opportunity to come and experience yoga if you have ever been interested in yoga and you want to it!

You do need a mat and any accessories such has a block and or strap.
