You are welcome to attend a Reiki Circle at Robert's Chiropractic, Sargent, NE, on Monday, the 22nd, at 7 pm. Our focus will be on the Root Chakra. Dress comfortably and bring a pillow or blanket if desired, or use one of the chairs available .
A free will offering is kindly accepted. This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers to experience Reiki. I look forward to seeing you there.

All these supplements can help in lowering LDL, increasing HDL and overall helping lower cholesterol.

Omega: great for helping decrease inflammation in the body. I do have a few tests on had to check your levels to see if you are low. It increases HDLs.

Berberine: helps lower cholesterol and balancing blood sugars

NAC: helps with increasing glutathione

Annatto pro 125: increases insulin sensitivity, decreases plaquing, decreases total cholesterol, improves osteoporosis, increases nitric oxide production.
