We are a corporate foster care provider that specializes in working with people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness. We provide direct care for the clients living in our residential settings, we provide select employment opportunities, and we offer crisis, transition, and respite services as well as consulting services throughout the state of Minnesota through our subsidiary company Behavior Wizards.

Congratulations to Brianna on her recent promotion to Program Manager, a testament to her dedication and hard work over the past 8 years at J and J Holmes. Brianna has demonstrated remarkable career progression, starting as a part-time direct care staff and advancing through multiple roles and locations. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys spending quality time with her children and exploring the great outdoors through hiking and biking.
