10 Years of Service Recognition - Celebrating a legacy of dedication.
10 years at J and J, and an incredible 28 years in the human services field.
Jade’s journey began as a teenager, as a direct care staff she quickly realized this work was her passion. From those early days to now, her commitment to serving others has never wavered.
For nine years, Jade served as a Direct Care staff member, building meaningful relationships and providing hands-on support. Jade then moved on to become a Foster Provider with MITH (Minnesota Intensive Therapeutic Homes), fostering 24 young women between the ages of 13-25.
Jade joined the J and J team in 2015 as a House Supervisor moving into the Program Manager role in 2018.
As a Program Manager, she leads with the wisdom of lived experience. Understands direct care because she has done it and foster care because she lived it.
Twenty-eight years in the field. Nearly two decades of hands-on and in-home care. A decade of leadership at J and J. Thank you for your dedication, and your heart for people with disabilities. Your work is not only a career - it is a calling.
