J and J Holmes We are a Minnesota corporate foster care provider that specializes in working with people with developmental disabilities and mental illness. 

We are a corporate foster care provider that specializes in working with people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness. We provide direct care for the clients living in our residential settings, we provide select employment opportunities, and we offer crisis, transition, and respite services as well as consulting services throughout the state of Minnesota through our subsidiary company Behavior Wizards.
