What a way to wrap up a very busy and joyful holiday season ❤️

Our Health Care & Rehab Center’s Hometown Christmas was the final large family celebration in a season full of magic—and it did not disappoint. From a special meet-and-greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus, to live music, holiday crafts, cookie decorating, and an incredible spread of hors d’oeuvres and desserts prepared by our Culinary Team, every corner was filled with cheer.

This beloved tradition had been on hold for a few years, so bringing it back for the first time—and seeing such an amazing turnout—meant the world to us. Watching residents' kids, grandkids, and even great-grandkids fill the halls with laughter was truly special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make new memories, and a huge thank-you to our amazing staff who worked behind the scenes to bring this magical day to life. Your efforts made it unforgettable.

We loved welcoming Sartell High School students back as they spent time with our East Commons residents as part of their exploration into future careers in healthcare. Together, they chatted, played games, and crafted beautiful floral door décor for residents' apartment homes. Between the creativity, laughter, and meaningful conversations, the time truly flew by. Each year, Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center staff participate in a Secret Santa celebration, thoughtfully choosing residents they share a special bond with and surprising them with a gift chosen just for them. The joy, surprise, and happy tears say it all.

And if you spot a familiar face under the beard… it’s because one of our very own team members stepped into the role of Santa, making each delivery even more magical.

These moments are about so much more than presents — they’re a reflection of the genuine relationships, care, and love our team brings every single day. ❤️

When we say there's nothing our Country Manor team wouldn’t do for our residents, this tradition says it all. ❤️

One of our most treasured holiday moments each year is our Secret Santa celebration — a heartfelt tradition designed to remind residents just how loved and cherished they are during the Christmas season.

Staff members choose a resident (or residents) they share a special bond with, then spend weeks thoughtfully planning, shopping for, and wrapping the perfect gift. The anticipation leading up to gift day is pure joy — and the surprise, disbelief, and emotion from residents when they’re presented with their gifts is truly magical.

These moments go far beyond the gifts themselves. They reflect the year-round dedication of a team who genuinely takes the time to know each resident and understand what brings them joy. While these connections are evident every day, this celebration beautifully highlights the depth of those relationships.

To our Secret Santa staff — thank you for the smiles, laughter, and happy tears. Your love, thoughtfulness, and dedication make a lasting impact. ❤️

The holiday season brought a special outing for our Sartell Senior Housing residents, who spent an afternoon soaking in the festive beauty of the historic Foley Mansion. With every room decorated for Christmas, the home felt even more magical as residents explored its history, craftsmanship, and timeless charm.

The visit ended with a cozy tea party in the mansion’s dining room, where twinkling décor, fancy hats, and warm conversation made the experience feel straight out of another era. It was a joyful way to celebrate the season together and a reminder of how lucky we are to have such a stunning piece of history right in our community!
