Happy 2026! I kept this message from my tea bag: When the past calls, let it go to voicemail. It has nothing to say.
If your journey into the past consists of fond memories and you find yourself smiling thinking about days gone by, then draw from those warm fuzzies.
On the other hand, depression and discouragement are usually more present when we function from the past. If those thoughts are not serving you, then talk to yourself. "These thoughts are not serving me. Go away. I am loved, and I am safe."
