Nice synopsis of how so much of the food we eat is not food. I had a bag of "heart healthy " flat bread on my shelf for 2 years. No mold, no breakdown. No bugs got into it. What are we putting into our bodies if the bugs don't even want it? I am trying out Sunrise Flour from Sunrise Flour Mill in North Branch. So far so good. I don't feel like I ate something that just thunks in my gut and sits there. I bought my bag at Backwards Bread bakery in St. Cloud.

This is called multi-tasking- burned in food while "just putting a load in the dryer." Which then i noticed plants that were wilting and needed water...and one more thing...the perfect lunch is now not even good. Hailed as a talent, mostly by women. It doesn't work. Something is not getting the attention it needs. Let's get back to looking at people's eyes when we talk to them, myself included. Let me know your thoughts on this.

As I go through my files and shred any records more than 3 years old, I am reminded of the difference Natural & Digestive Health, formerly The Healing Porch, has made in hundreds of lives over the years. I don't do surveys and am not active on a lot of social media sites, and at times ask clients to give me a testimony of their experience with the alternative healing modalities I provide. I am still here, I am still learning, and my most cherished moments is when I can pass on what I have learned to YOU! Lab testing and identifying the latest in chronic illness, then developing a personalized program for YOU is what brings me joy. I am available for appointments for both the health and wholeness programs. How long are you going to keep doing what you have been doing and not seeing results? DO NOT SETTLE for less- settle for more!

I fell in love several years ago with For King and Country's rendition of The Little Drummer Boy. I then went to Unsung Hero at the theatre earlier this year, then had the utmost experience of hearing the group in Duluth MN a few weeks ago. I just knew they would include Little Drummer Boy as the encore- they delivered! Such a beautiful family. Check out the movie, and For King and Country! Such a pure, authentic group who are forever grateful for America! They knew that to live life as the best version of themselves, the family of 9 had to travel from Australia to the good old USA! GOD bless them, and the USA! for KING & COUNTRY
