The Future of Primary Care

Sartell Family Medicine is Minnesota’s first pure Direct Primary Care Clinic. We don’t take insurance so that we can focus on healthcare instead of paperwork. Our low monthly subscriptions rates give patients the ability to schedule unlimited appointments each month. Our appointments are typically 30-60 minutes in length. Each provider is assigned one-tenth the usual number of patients so that appointments can be scheduled within 48 hours of calling. Our patients are also given our providers’ cell phone numbers. In addition, we offer in-house prescription medications and lab tests -- both of which are ready at the time of the appointment. If you’re not a member, but want to be seen for a single visit, we also offer one-time Urgent Care visits.

** Federal regulations prevent us from seeing patients on Medicare/Medicaid.
