In this model, the person living with Parkinson’s sits at the centre, like the sun, with caregivers, healthcare professionals, social supports and specialists forming a coordinated orbit around them.

Following the passing of Rev. Jesse Jackson, who was initially misdiagnosed with Parkinson's Disease (PD) and later diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), we've looked into both conditions. We know that PSP is commonly misdiagnosed as PD, so wanted to look at some of the overlapping symptoms.
