Happy Heart Yoga By Amandina Yoga has helped me center myself in times of difficulty, and come to terms with the beauty within.

It has helped my heart stay happy in regards to anything life has thrown at me, and I am so blessed to be able to pass these skills onto others! Come on a journey with me as I get started teaching; and be kind as I navigate this new adventure! I will be soon offering all sorts of classes - online, in person, groups, and private classes as well! 🥰

I’ve been off the mat for a while due to my back going out on me for several weeks. It’s one of my main struggles with wanting to be a successful yoga teacher. It also calmed me and made me realize how important consistency is in my practice- it helps back issues but I neglected to be consistent. I have a yoga teacher workshop this weekend and I’m so excited. I haven’t taught any classes in a while due to my back and my studies- I’m currently working on my 500 hour RYT so I can have more experience.

In the midst of all this- I got engaged to the love of my life, then had a couple weeks of birthday surprises to follow, so I’ve been sort of absent from this platform.

It felt so good to do this beginner/quick yoga flow to get back into it. My goal is to do this every morning and slowly extend class time to get my back used to these movements again- and hopefully it remains a constant practice for me so I can be a better version of me.

Have you ever found a pose that you really love? This variation of side angle pose feels incredible for me. It’s very freeing and feels as if you’re putting all of your energy into the world, and yet simultaneously gathering all the energy from the world. The meaning of yoga is to become one, and this pose simulates that the best for me.
