Acupuncture can boost local blood flow by up to 276%? 💉✨

That’s not a typo
researchers found that needling specific acupuncture points significantly increased circulation in muscle tissue, supporting faster healing, better oxygenation, and reduced inflammation.

🧠 In one study published in The American Journal of Chinese Medicine, researchers used Doppler imaging to measure the effects. Their findings?
