A few gentle steps to help you reset:

• Pause and take 3 slow, deep breaths
• Name what you’re feeling without judgment
• Focus on one small, doable task
• Step away from overstimulation (screens, noise, expectations)
• Reach out. Support is a strength, not a weakness

Here are a few therapist-approved tips to help you stay on track this year:

• Start small. Choose 1–2 realistic goals instead of overhauling everything at once.
• Create routines, not rigid rules. Flexibility supports follow-through.
• Schedule rest like it matters because it does.
