Beachside Speech Therapy has a room for rent available inside our speech therapy practice in Satellite Beach! We currently have speech therapists and a reading specialist and would like to expand to offer more pediatric services. This would be ideal for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Physical Therapist, Child Psychologist, Play Therapist, another Speech Therapist, etc. Room rental includes:
*therapy room with sink and storage cabinets
*space available on outside sign to advertise your business and your service listed on the front door
*large parking lot
*large furnished waiting room
*all utilities including Wi-Fi
*pest control/lawn maintenance/bi-monthly cleaning
*yearly fire inspection fee
*table and chairs, if needed.
