We offer therapy to adults, children, teens, and families. We specialize in neurodiversity and LGBTQ+. Talk therapy isn't all that we offer. We have music therapy, play therapy, inner child work, attachment therapy, somatic therapy, and EMDR.

We work with a lot of children and caregivers who ask for more tools, research, and support in understanding their autistic child. Our intern, Sophie, created this beautiful brochure which is now available at Clovelea in our Liminal Space.

We offer therapy for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults as well as parenting support by trained therapists who specialize in neurodiversity. Both in-person and virtual options are available.

Nina completed her EMDR training and is now accepting new patients for short-term in-person EMDR treatment! Learn more about the most researched therapy treatment. It's highly effective and efficient. Things it can be helpful with:

-Vivid and intrusive memories
-Preparation for birth or surgery
-Confidential jobs like military or law enforcement
-Anxiety or depression
-Low self-esteem and wanting to build confidence

The Saugerties Therapy Center offers psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Their approach includes: somatic therapy, attachment focused therapy, play therapy, music therapy, art therapy, and inner child work. They offer free groups to the community, and have partnerships with schools and nursing homes. Specialities include: grief/loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism (including non-verbal child), LGBTQ+ community, marital issues, adoption and foster care, and parenting skills. Saugerties Therapy Center Is housed in the stunning offices at Clovelea. A sliding scale model is offered that allows them to serve everyone with no one being turned away due to cost.

Music & somatic work integrated. What a magical combination! It allows us to work with children, do inner child work, and create healing without needing to rehash painful narratives.

So much of talk therapy has been proven to be helpful when it is a person's first time sharing their story, having a safe place to be themselves, building trust for the first time. But when talk therapy is not enough what other options are there?
