Energy cleaning: The act of burning Palo Santo is often associated with energetic cleansing of environments. Some people use Palo Santo smoke to purify spaces, ward off negative energy and create a more positive atmosphere.

Meditation and relaxation: The soft, woody aroma of Palo Santo can be used during meditation practices to promote a peaceful environment and facilitate concentration. Many people also burn Palo Santo to relax and relieve stress.

Insect repellent: The essential oil extracted from Palo Santo may have insect repellent properties. Some people use Palo Santo essential oil diluted in a carrier oil and apply it to the skin to help ward off mosquitoes.

Aromatherapy: Palo Santo essential oil can be used in diffusers for aromatherapy. Inhaling the aroma can have calming effects and promote a feeling of well-being.

To use Palo Santo, light the end of the wood and let it burn for a few seconds before blowing gently to produce smoke. Then move the burned wood around the desired environment. Remember to take safety precautions when using any type of incense or smoke.
