We were saddened to see the damage to downtown from the fire last night. 😢

But we are also grateful to God that everyone is alive and that we are part of a community that is rallying in support of those displaced from their homes and those whose businesses were damaged.

Baby girl had been spitting up after every feeding.
With just one adjustment earlier today, momma reported great news: “3 feeds without spitting up! 😍😊”

Among many things, alignments of infants can help with latching, feeding, reflux, digestion, gassiness/colic and general discomfort.

Dr. Lindsey is back this week! Maybe you were aware, maybe not, but Dr. Lindsey has been out of the office for two weeks healing from her own herniated disc.
She is returning to work but has some restrictions: only light duty for this boss lady for now. Welcome back, doc!

Chiropractors can adjust knees?! 🤯

Yes sir. We focus on the spine but we work with joints throughout the body, including knees.
Many people say their knees feel smoother and move more easily after an adjustment—like they’ve been “oiled.”
Whether you’re an athlete, your job is tough on your body, or you’ve been noticing more stiffness lately, it might be time to get those knobby knees in here and see what we can do.

Many of you have noticed that Dr. Lindsey is temporarily off of the schedule and have been asking, “What in the world happened?!”

Unfortunately, Dr. Lindsey is currently dealing with a severely herniated disc in her lumbar spine. A chiropractor with a bad back—why yes, she is only human. She wanted to share a bit of insight into what’s going on.

“This wasn’t caused by a sudden accident or injury, but rather a gradual progression. My scoliotic curvature, combined with the repetitive forces of performing adjustments while bending forward over the chiropractic table all contributed over time.”

She is taking some time off to focus on healing. In the meantime, she is doubling down on her conservative care, including chiropractic treatment, massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, craniosacral therapy, her primary MD and—most importantly—prayer, all in hopes of avoiding surgery.

She’s incredibly grateful to have access to most of these treatments at Arrow and appreciates your continued understanding and prayers during this time.
