Shifts: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays all day, 7:30-5:30.

Dear Patients,

We unfortunately have been having an increase in late cancellations as well as patients not showing up for their scheduled appointments. In response to this, we have had to make a hard policy pertaining to these scenarios. This policy goes into effect June 1st, 2024.

⚠️Late Cancellations⚠️
Cancelling your appointment less than 2 hours before your appointment start time, $25 charge.

⚠️No-Show⚠️
Zero notice to us about a cancellation and not showing up for your scheduled appointment.
▪1st offense: $25 minimum charge or 50% of your scheduled missed appointment.
▪2+ No-Shows: $50 minimum charge or full amount of your scheduled missed appointment.

Because we have a wait list of people wanting appointments, it is a shame that when this happens we aren't even given a chance to contact those waiting to fill an open appointment slots.

✨ Arrow Health will now be offering Acupuncture Treatments with Dr. Jordan: keep reading for details! ✨

-In order to receive Acupuncture treatments at Arrow Health, it must be performed in conjunction with a chiropractic adjustment (and the chiropractic treatments can be provided by either chiropractor here at Arrow Health 😃).
-Acupuncture treatments sessions are roughly 30 minutes long.
-Available on Wednesdays only at this time.
-Must call to book Acupuncture treatments: this service is not bookable online at this time.
