💪 SP Fitness is Hiring!

Position: Part-Time Evening Trainer
Hours: 3/4pm - 7pm
Type: Independent Contractor – Personal Training & Group Classes

SP Fitness is growing, and we’re looking to bring on one part-time evening trainer to join our team!

We’re seeking certified personal trainers who are passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. The goal at SP Fitness is to create an unforgettable fitness experience — and to put the “personal” back into personal training.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that help clients reach their goals.

Lead small-group classes with energy, positivity, and professionalism.

Provide monthly client assessments to track progress and ensure consistent results.

Demonstrate proper exercise form and safety techniques.

Motivate and encourage clients of all fitness levels — from beginner to advanced.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer through an accredited organization (ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, etc.)
OR a B.S. in Exercise Science or a related field.

CPR & First Aid certification (must be maintained every 2 years).

Continuing education to maintain professional certification (every 2 years).

Ability to adapt and modify exercises in real time.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.

Someone who:

Brings positive energy and professionalism to every session.

Cares deeply about client success and safety.

Creates a welcoming, fun, and motivating environment.

Wants to grow with our SP Fitness community.
