Our Sauk Rapids, MN campus offers senior apartments, home health care, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care (sub-acute rehab, short term and long term care). Our Becker, MN campus offers senior apartments, home health care, assisted living and memory care. Our History:


  • 1963: Our first residents arrived.

  • 1970: A chapel was constructed.

  • 1980: The Good Shepherd apartment building opened.
