🎉 3 Years Strong – Celebrating Sisu Living!!🎉

Three years ago, Sisu Living was built on a simple but powerful mission: to help individuals live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need to thrive in their homes. Today, we’re incredibly proud to celebrate how far we’ve come and even more excited for what lies ahead!

Over the past year, we’ve continued to grow, connect, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Some of our favorite moments include:

✨ Showcasing Sisu Living at the St. Cloud Area Business Showcase

✨ Supporting and sponsoring fellow local businesses in our community

✨ Strengthening our team through bonding, trainings, and shared experiences

✨ Implementing new technology to better support our staff and services

✨ Expanding our reach with a second office in Wadena County

✨ Creating unforgettable experiences, like a North Shore adventure with one of our ICS individuals

✨ Encouraging community involvement and enriching activities for those we serve

✨ Hosting leadership retreats focused on growth, innovation, and care

Learning, Growing, and Strengthening our Team!

The past couple of months have been filled with great learning opportunities for our staff!

In February, we had the pleasure of welcoming Community Engagement Sergeant Tad Hoeschen, who leads a task force in the St. Cloud area. Tad shared valuable information about mental health awareness and the important work his team does to support individuals in our community. Our staff appreciated the chance to learn more about how law enforcement and healthcare providers can work together to better support those in need.

In the beginning of March, our team participated in our annual all-day staff training on MN 245D policies and procedures, an important part of ensuring we continue providing high-quality, person-centered services to the individuals we support.

We wrapped up the day with a fun team building Egg Drop challenge! Staff worked together to design creative structures to protect their eggs from a drop using limited materials. There was plenty of teamwork, creativity, and laughter plus some eggs even survived the fall!

We’re grateful for a team that is committed to learning, growing, and providing compassionate support that helps the individuals we serve live as independently as possible! 💙

As this year comes to a close, we at Sisu Living want to take a moment to express how incredibly grateful we are for our amazing staff. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment throughout this year have been truly remarkable! We truly could not do the work we do without each and every one of you!

To say thank you, we headed back up north to Nisswa for a weekend getaway at Grand View Lodge, and what an unforgettable time it was! The weekend was filled with laughter, good food, shared memories, meaningful conversations, bonding, winter fun, and of course… our festive Christmas sweater photo!🎄❄️

We are so proud of this team and honored to work alongside such caring, passionate individuals as you continue to support and care for the people we serve. Thank you for all that you do today and every day! 💜💙💚

🎳✨ Our hearts are so full!❤️
Spending the afternoon celebrating with the wonderful people we support reminded us why we do what we do. At Great River Bowl, we shared pizza, cookies, laughter, and so many moments that truly mattered.

We didn’t just roll bowling balls today—we rolled into the holidays with gratitude, connection, and joy. The time was truly un-believe-a-BOWL!
