Starting January 2026, chiropractic care will no longer be covered under Medicaid or MNCare for anyone over 21. This devastating change means over 20,000 Minnesotans-the poor, working poor, and disabled will lose access to essential chiropractic care.

👉 The Department of Human Services is accepting public comments until October 17, 2025. This is our chance to push back and protect chiropractic care for those who need it most.
