Good news of the day: Beginning August 24th, we will be offering massage therapy on pre-determined Saturdays each month! Our final schedule is still being made up, but August 24th will be the first day. Hours are from 9:00- 4:00 pm on that particular day.

We are adding a new therapist to our team, Kristina, to help create more availability. Beyond traditional massage, she also offers Synergy Stones, Cold Stone Therapy, Migraine Massage Therapy & Cold Therapy.

Synergy Stone: hand crafted hot stones that blend the relaxing warmth of Hot Stone Massage with therapeutic bodywork. Synergy stones are designed to hold heat longer than regular stones and therefore less interruptions with your massage.

Migraine Massage Therapy: Helps to relieve headaches by easing muscle tension & releasing shortened muscles held in head, neck and shoulders.

Cold Therapy: Focus is on treating the vascular component of a migraine by reducing overabundant blood flow to the head and brain with cold stones.

We have had several request for weekend hours so this will fill up quickly and it's best to book in advance!
