✨ No filters. No edits. Just real life.

43 years old. A little Botox/Dysport.
But the rest? Discipline, learning, and choosing health every single day.

Eat clean. Move your body. Stay consistent.

And no—this wasn’t just “genetics.”

💬 Like a lot of people, I had a story no one listened to.

Labs showed:
– Insulin resistance
– Low vitamins and minerals
– Adrenal issues
– Digestive problems (yes… going 10 days without a bowel movement was my “normal”)
– Bloating from gluten/lactose since I was 12
– Weight gain that made no sense

And yet I was told:
👉 “You’re fine.”
👉 “Everything is normal.”

But I wasn’t thriving. I wasn’t optimal. I didn’t feel good.

After a while, you almost start believing it… even when your body is telling you otherwise.
