✨ Habits & Lifestyle I Stand By ✨
For health, peace of mind, and overall wellness.
These aren’t about perfection — they’re about consistency, intention, and self-respect. This is what supports my body, mind, and spirit:
💧 Morning hydration
Starting the day with a glass of water to support lymphatic flow and hydration. (5 days/week)
🧘♀️ Mind & body reset
5–10 minutes of guided meditation or movement to ground myself. (5 days/week)
☀️ Vitamin D3 daily (credit to Val)
Essential for systemic health and reducing inflammation.
➕ Paired with iron & vitamin C when needed.
📊 Ferritin/Iron and vitamin D levels should always be monitored.
🧴 Anti-aging: less is more
Water on the face, SPF or a simple moisturizer — that’s it.
I keep makeup minimal (foundation + blush if anything).
In a culture centered on fillers, I choose restraint.
I do use Dysport/Botox for my forehead, with the intention of aging with grace — not fear.
I do support Facial PRP offered at Rejuv and has shown great natural benefits to anti aging.
🚪 Boundaries with work
I don’t bring work home. Rest is productive.
Sleep at least 8 hrs a night…must🙌🏻
🫂 Mindful communication
I don’t emotionally dump. I ask if someone has the space to listen and stay aware of their emotional state.
🏋️♀️ Movement & nutrition
Working out 3–4x/week.
Diet focus: Mediterranean-style.
I aim to stay gluten, fructose, and lactose free. High protein diet, I try to consume my weight in grams.
⚠️ Fun fact: most artificial sugars aren’t properly processed by the body and can contribute to disease.
Your body needs protein, on a cellular to break down to ATP=energy.
📚 Mental growth
One self-development book every 3 months.
🌿 Presence & gratitude
Finding one thing each day to be grateful for and staying present in the moment.
❤️ Connection
Telling the people I love that I appreciate them — often.
💬 Kindness practice
Giving at least one genuine compliment every day.
🔍 Self-reflection
Weekly check-in on my words and actions — where I showed up well and where I can grow.
This lifestyle isn’t about control or image — it’s about alignment, accountability, and choosing health in ways that feel sustainable and real.
