There’s been so many exciting changes at Prim this year already - new space, new staff, new faces. And it’s truly cup-filling to serve others in the way we do! In light of all that is new, we wanted to take this opportunity to restate our established Appointment Courtesy Policy, which is applicable to all of our appointments here at Prim.

At our clinic, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with a focused, elevated experience. Your time is valued - and so is our’s.

We kindly ask that all clients honor their scheduled appointments. Missed appointments or late cancelations leave gaps (often 1-2 hrs) that cannot always be filled and impact the level of care we provide to all clients.

To maintain the integrity of our schedule:

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment may result in the forfeit of that appointment and the need to reschedule.
• No-show and same-day cancelation appointments are subject to a $50 fee and may result in the requirement for a deposit before rescheduling.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in limited booking access or dismissal from our services.

This policy allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality service to every client while respecting the time reserved just for you.

If you only knew how hard it can be to turn a top lip that doesn’t want to be turned. 🙃 (Injectors, I know you feel me.) This patient trusted the process completely. With such a tight natural canvas, we had to build slowly with small amounts of filler over time. And we both left her last lip filler appointment feeling victorious!

One thing you can always count on : We won’t push your delicate lips farther and faster than your natural tissue will accept. We want long term satisfaction and have to respect what your momma gave you. 😏

To be honest, we’re still processing yesterday - and are in absolute awe of how our Grand Re-Opening transpired. 🥹 It’s no secret that we all really love what we do. But more than that, we really love the people we serve. We feed off your energy, are fueled by your belief, and find purpose in our mission for excellence because we want the best outcomes and experiences *for you*.

This expansion into our new home has not been easy. But as we’re settling in, it’s become overwhelmingly apparent how much it was needed - logistically and emotionally. This space feels like us. It’s elevated but still welcoming. It’s functional but with a little something extra. ✨ The goal here has always been about the wholeeee experience. And we can’t wait to keep evolving and perfecting.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you thank you for yesterday! It validated our work and our purpose - and our intent to be a mainstay in Downtown Sault for many years to come. 🖤
