Superior Health Support Systems has a opportunity for a licensed nurse that would like to help us care for the elderly in Chippewa County. This position gives the opportunity to travel to our 5 locations and help us ensure we are providing the highest level of care to our residents.
An ideal candidate will have relevant experience, work well as a team with our 5 Home Managers, Board of Directors, and Administrative staff.
The Director of Nursing is accountable for quality of care and medical administration and training with direction from the Board of Directors. Plans, organizes, and directs medical activities of the staff and support staff engaged in resident care practices in accordance with State Licensing, SHSS policies, procedures and standards.
The Director of Nursing position will be estimated 15-20 hours weekly, hybrid position with flexible hours.
