Full Time positions available: 3pm-11pm and/or 11pm-7am
Pay: $17.40 - $17.90 per hour
As a Resident Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor and Manager, your responsibilities will include:
~Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
~Supporting residents with mobility needs, including walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and safe transfer techniques
~Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ eating, sleeping, toileting, or behavior patterns
~Light housekeeping and laundry duties
~Helping with meal service and cleanup
~Providing one‑on‑one and group social engagement
~Assisting with 2‑person lifts and transfers
~Performing other duties as assigned to support resident well‑being
