During the past 15 years, I have been passionately applying my extensive experience, fine-tuned skills, and sensitive intuition to hundreds of clients all with the goal of bringing more balance and ease into their bodies. Join us at the Redwood Palace this Valentine's Sunday from 1-4pm for "Hearts in Motion: A Partner Yoga & Massage Journey". We'll create a safe, playful space where all forms of connection are honored, and you can experience new ways of moving, breathing, and being together 🌈💕
After decades of practice, my wife Kyyio and I have learned that the deepest connections often come from the simplest touches.
We are excited to bring our 50 years of combined experience teaching yoga and practicing massage to this community as an opportunity to deepen trust between partners.

Happy Fall, Y'all!
In honor of the changing of the seasons, I invite you to do something nourishing and restoring for yourself. It could be a massage with me of course, or just a walk outside to feel the air on your skin, or perhaps an unplugged day or evening reading a book. Whatever it is, I hope it reminds you of the simplicity of the world, which can seem so crazy these days. The Love that we are and that surrounds us all is unquestionable, yet its easy to forget that.
