It’s packed with green serpentine which helps to activate the heart chakra.

In Peru, the Quechuan people call mountains Apus, “honored one”, divine beings who protect the land and its inhabitants around it.

I cherish sitting in my meditation practice with this sacred mountain each morning. ✨🙏💗
