December just knocked in!

December is dear to me, my dad has a family tradition that after Christmas until New Year"s ( January 1st is my mother's birthday ) we as family bond together, no rush no work therefore I follow that tradition until now. It's a great way to reflect, rejuvenate, revive and respect the reason why Christ-mas / Hannukah & other holidays that we recognized. I will be taking a vacation starting December 14 and back by January 20. I will be helping out my Aunt & Uncle who are in their 80's, they are dear to me as they replaced my parents who are now gone.

I hope you guys have a nice and safe holiday with your love ones. Enjoy the moment and take time to take a break. Breathe, Rejuvenate.
ps. This is also a "Hand Break" for me.

New Location :
4000 Bridgeway Blvd. Suite 301, Sausalito CA 94965

Sweet but Short, we are finally fully settled in on our beautiful location ( see above for details). Lots of sun & shine! So far many loved our clinic. Full of glass window and the high ceilings. What excites me is there are so many areas to explore, I am just a few yards to the Richardson Bay & the boat house community. Restaurants abound too.

*PARKING & New Guidelines*

New Location New Guidelines :

Guidelines before your Session -

1. Do not eat a heavy meal before our session nor fasting before Structural Integration process;
2. Be sure to be well hydrated for the session. This means drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to an appointment;
3. Plan on taking it easy at least 24hours after a session. Usual exercise routines may not be ideal immediately after session. Walking can be beneficial to integrate with the process;
4. Appropriate attire is underwear for men, sports bra & gym shorts for women; bathing suit is ideal too. For men, no boxer shorts, brief style or boxer briefs is best, For women. I prefer working on the muscles vs. drapes that way I know which muscle group needs to be work on. As my teacher/mentor would say " You want to work on the muscle not the sheets/drapes ";
5. Make sure not to have lotion on your skin for the session. Lotions can make it difficult for me to work on your FASCIA.

Parking :

We only have two assigned parking lot marked as Oasis therefore street parking is advisable. There are ample of parking along Bridgeway or across the street there's a dog park & right besides it is a 3 hour parking. Someone gave me a tip who used to work at 3030 Bridgeway parking are unattended and park at your on risk. They also have a spot named 4000 Bridgeway and you can park there if it's available. After 4:30pm, tenants on our address starts to leave and I think you can park anywhere there if your appointment is after work hours.
