Before Breast Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close, we wanted to highlight some lifestyle changes for preventing breast cancer from a talk Jackie had the honor to give at a Brunch4Boobies event a few years ago.

💗 exercise
💗 no smoking
💗 maintain healthy weight
💗 limit or remove alcohol
💗 avoid working night shift if you can (this changes your hormones!)
💗 avoid synthetic hormones and oral contraceptives (bioidentical hormone replacement therapies help!)
💗 avoid chemicals and toxins in food and personal care products (buy organic, fragrance-free, etc.)
