Join this little bird for our Fall Serenity Workshop on Saturday, November 8th, 4-7 pm in my studio, 1256 W Stover St
We will start with some slow yoga moves and meditation.
One by one you will either get a neck massage or learn about your uniqueness with a natal chart reading.
After a bit, we will take a refreshment break and enjoy light snacks.
Then, lying down you will get warm and relaxed as we explore yoga nidra and sound bowls to soothe the soul.
Cost is only $50 per person. Registration automatic once paid through Venmo, -Dole.
Bring your own mat or use one that is available.
