I’ve been thinking a lot about endings lately.

As another year closes, and I pack up my life for this next chapter, I’m noticing just how many layers of release are asking to be witnessed within me…

Not just in the big things, but in the quiet, invisible ways I’ve learned, moved, and grown.

Not all endings are painful.
But ALL endings deserve to be honored. 🥀

This is the season of sacred closure.
Of letting the year settle in your body
before you rush into what’s next.

🕯️Maybe you’re carrying things you never meant to hold.
🕯️Maybe something ended before you were ready.
🕯️Maybe it all worked out beautifully and you need a moment to process and exhale.

This Thursday inside The Garden,

There comes a moment in every healing journey where the old way just… stops working.

After years of digging, processing, analyzing, fixing —
❌ I realized I wasn’t healing.
I was just finding more proof that I wasn’t ‘enough’.

Constantly chasing was keeping my nervous system in the same activated state I was trying to soothe. 😵‍💫

When we’re always hunting the next breakthrough, we never give ourselves the integration our body actually needs to heal.

Because it’s in the stillness — the exhale, the space the settling —
that the real rewiring happens.

It took burning my life to the ground to finally see that healing was never going to come from forcing myself open…

It would only come from allowing myself to soften in. 🤲🏼

Sitting beside the parts of me I’d rejected with love and compassion.
Giving my body permission and space to feel safe again.
Remembering the girl I was before the world taught me to shrink.

And the deeper I returned to myself, the more everything shifted.

❤️‍🔥My relationships.
❤️‍🔥My work.
❤️‍🔥My sense of truth.
❤️‍🔥My capacity for joy and love.

We don’t do healing work because there’s something “wrong” with us.

We do it so we can expand our capacity for joy, for love, for connection, for the beauty of living in the full spectrum of the human experience. 🌈

So we can actually receive and bask in the things we’ve been fighting our whole lives for. And feel so worthy of it.

In the next and final chapter of my story, I’ll share how this homecoming became the work I now embody —
and the life I’ve built from the inside out.
