Yesterday! We moved with sweet stillness 🐌 as the soft rain provided the perfect backdrop to our mini-workshop. 🌊
We dropped in. We moved. We rocked it out! We created art. And we dropped in even deeper into a beautiful exploration of the 5 Rhythms, and especially the rhythm of stillness.
✨So grateful for these amazing seekers and movers who showed up so whole-ly / holy!
✨And for Tybee Arts Association for welcoming me and the 5Rhythms into their space!
✨ "WHAT'S NEXT?" you ask?

Finding INNER peace, calm and compassion.
