We are thrilled to announce that Hospice Savannah has been awarded a $50,000 grant from Savannah Philanthropic Partners!

Under the leadership of CEO Kathleen Benton, this grant will launch a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program in partnership with Savannah Technical College and Senior Citizens, Inc.

This program is designed for working adults and caregivers, offering weekend classes, scholarships, and crucial support to help them earn vital healthcare certifications right here in Savannah.

We’re keeping a close eye on Sunday’s forecast, and it looks like it may be cold and rainy for our annual Tree of Light Memorial Ceremony.
Please know we do have an indoor backup location; however, space is limited. If you’re unable to attend because of the weather, don’t worry — the ceremony will be recorded, and we’ll share the video shortly after the event. Thank you for helping us manage attendance and for being part of this meaningful tradition.
