Simply call our Referral Center at 912.355.2289 and we will answer all your questions by phone or preferably, come to see you (wherever you are) as soon as possible. Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance will cover Hospice Savannah's care; however, care is provided regardless of ability to pay.

We’ve been busy sharing joy, music, and support across our local neighborhoods! From honoring heroes to sharing melodies, here is a look at where the Hospice Savannah team has been lately:

Station Exchange: We shared sweet moments with apple cider and educational activities.

Honoring Veterans: Our Outreach Educator, Joy Francis, visited the Effingham County Senior Center to celebrate our veterans, and we were honored to partner with the Bryan & Liberty County NAACP for the 1st Veterans Resource Fair.

The Power of Music: Our talented Music Therapy interns have been busy bringing smiles and songs to the residents at Bryan County Health & Rehab, Effingham Care Center, and Seasons Memory Care.
