Join Taylor and guest teachers Melissa Matt, Stephanie Crumley, Hannah Overton, and Ryan Oliver for a special week dedicated to deepening your Ashtanga Yoga practice in Savannah, GA.

This 5-day conference will include daily Mysore practice and Ashtanga workshops, offering practitioners approachable techniques for working through each asana series.

We'll refine foundational principles, experiment with new skills, and deepen your asana practice through connection to breath, technique, alignment, and anatomy.

The week will conclude with a panel discussion investigating keys to a sustainable personal practice, connecting practice to mental health, managing injury, and utilizing Ashtanga yoga as a tool to work through trauma and addiction.
