Warm up before getting into the pool is often overlooked. It doesn’t have to be fancy but it has to be something to have your shoulders ready to go and avoid injuries

Give this quick warm up a try next time:
🔵Rotator cuff circles 2x20 ea direction
🔴 Alternating shoulder circles 2x20 ea direction
🔵 Alternating toe taps x20
🔴 Inchworm with push up x10
🔵 Bilateral ER 2x10
🔴 Pull aparts 2x10

Got to work some PT magic today 🪄

This patient came in unable to stand straight due to acute low back pain that started a couple days. Some targeted dry needling and ONE exercise later he is able to extend and his pain decreased significantly within the session.

Don’t wait for you pain to settle be like this patient and be pro active
