📣 Exciting news: The Georgia Fund for Perinatal Mental Health application will open on Tuesday, April 1 at 12pm ET!

Individuals who live in Georgia and are pregnant, postpartum, or have experienced a recent perinatal loss is invited to apply at georgiafund.org. Funding is available ONLY to applicants who are uninsured or are enrolled in Medicaid.

All recipients will receive 10 FULLY FUNDED telehealth therapy sessions with a certified perinatal mental health specialist.

Funding is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once slots are full, the application will close. This application will open every month on the 1st at 12pm ET. 🧡

We're so grateful to Savannah mom and activist Callie Beale for sharing her story – and to WSAV News 3 On Your Side for covering it. Callie's voice is so impactful and her story is so vital, especially right now when most media and news outlets have been silent.

In our therapy practices, we see the painful impact of our state and country's destructive abortion legislation in our clients' sessions on a regular basis. These laws do NOTHING to honor or protect life – especially not when the lives of mothers are on the line. The consequences on women's mental health are disastrous and often have intergenerational impact.

If you care about maternal health, infant health, and family health, especially in Georgia, please share this meaningful story widely!

In 2023, a Georgia mother found herself pregnant, sitting in a hospital room, begging staff to help her, but for hours she received no relief.
