🌎 It’s Earth Day and right now many communities across South Georgia are facing challenging wildfire conditions fueled by drought, wind, and dry vegetation.
🔥Wildfires are burning thousands of acres and our hearts and prayers are with the brave firefighters, first responders, and emergency crews working tirelessly to protect lives and homes, as well as the families affected during this difficult time.
🙏Today, we’re grateful for those who protect both our people and our planet. May we all take a moment this Earth Day to care for the world around us, support our neighbors, and prioritize the health of our communities.
