Today marks the one year anniversary of Mental Health Monday. This time last year I woke up to a friend unresponsive and dying on my living room floor. I watched the paramedics bring him back to life. That moment really shook me to the core and I made a pact with myself to try and bring as much happiness into this world as possible! Bought my first few coloring books and pencils the next day and hit the ground running! I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for embracing me and my mission. I can't wait to continue to try and bring happiness in this world and really appreciate all that you have done for me and my own mental health journey!

Happy Mental Health Monday, y'all!!! Come color! We have a raffle for a 24 can Yeti cooler sponsored by Jack Daniels going on! A portion of the proceeds goes to Book Nation of Dreamers who are a local non-profit aimed at increasing literacy amongst the youth of the area!
