Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana) 😊
Happy Baby Pose is a gentle, grounding posture done on your back where you bend your knees, hold the outsides of your feet, and draw them toward your armpits. It encourages ease, playfulness, and deep release in the hips and low back.

Benefits:
Gently opens the hips and inner thighs
Relieves tension in the low back and sacrum
Calms the nervous system and reduces stress
Aids digestion and encourages deep, relaxed breathing
Helps release stored tension after a long day

Tip: Rock side to side or hold behind the thighs if reaching the feet feels uncomfortable.

Piriformis Pose gently stretches the deep hip muscles by crossing one ankle over the opposite thigh, helping release tension in the hips and low back. It’s commonly done seated, reclined, or on the back, making it accessible and soothing.

Benefits:
Stretches the piriformis and glute muscles
