A one-day women’s wellness reset near St. Joseph, MO

Ladies, this is your invitation to pause.

If you have been feeling tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin, disconnected, or simply ready for a reset — this day was created for you.

We have made a few changes to the retreat to make it more accessible and easier to attend. This is now a **one-day retreat** on **Saturday, May 30th from 1:00–9:00 PM** — no camping required.

We have also reduced the price to **$100 per person**.

For $100, you are not just attending an event. You are making an investment in your peace, your body, your nervous system, your emotional well-being, and your connection back to yourself.

This women’s retreat will include:
🌙 Gentle yoga and movement
🌙 Guided meditation
🌙 Somatic healing practices
🌙 Health coaching: 3 Truths
🌙 Sound bath for deep relaxation
🌙 Journaling and reflection
🌙 Letting-Go Fire Ceremony
🌙 Group session with an intuitive medium
🌙 Dinner Saturday evening

Optional add-on experiences will also be available for an additional cost, including massage therapy, Reiki energy healing, individual health coaching, 1:1 somatic healing, and personal medium connection.
