Grounded in Huang-Lao Taoism, sessions are aimed at connecting with the Higher Self through seated and moving meditation, energy work, intuitive practices, discussion, and channeling. Megan is the initiated student of the teacher Wong Loh Sin See and has been teaching in various capacities for ten years. She has a BA in Religious Studies and an MS in Social Foundations of Education. Her graduate research focused on Taoist education.

Open to new and experienced meditators, as well as to those of all faith backgrounds. Please bring a comfortable cushion to sit on. Chairs available for those who need them. There will be a lunch break around noon.
