By 1942, women were stepping into groundbreaking new roles within the Armed Forces—reshaping military culture and redefining women’s contributions to war.

This engaging lecture will:

We had a GREAT day at the Fit Kids Feet hosted by the The Junior League of Savannah and the Savannah Children’s Museum!! 🤩🙌🏼 It was a beautiful day for families to come out and enjoy all the festivities! ☀️🥰

Lets talk about massage therapy.
Stephanie is a therapeutic massage therapist with over 20 years experience. Her massage is medical based to help work through issues your body may be dealing with. She will take time after your massage to talk to you about any thing she found may be an issue that needs more work, she will make recommendations for things you can do at home between massages and she will recommend how often you should come in. Each massage is customized to your needs. She may use cupping and hot stones during the massage. Stephanie is very straight forward and clinical but compassionate.
Stephanie has availability Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.

This weeks availability is wide open in all modalities except Saturday.
Next week we are closed to spend time with our family.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and if you are traveling, be safe.
