Last night, I experienced one of the most profound and immersive journeys of my life during a medically guided psychedelic session. What became clear to me is that the human body and mind were never designed to carry suppressed trauma and pain in the way we’ve been conditioned to endure.

The level of unconditional love and presence offered by the facilitators was unlike anything I’ve known. I don’t believe I’ve ever felt so fully supported in my 55 years of living.

As I walked out of the experience, one truth rang louder than ever: we are here to help walk each other home. Boundaries matter deeply—and emotional release may be one of the most healing gifts we can allow ourselves.
