The goal is to thrive not just survive using an arsenal of strength-based therapy, coaching, and education tools. Art, expressive, and talk therapy techniques may help further your awareness of yourself and others. My approach is down-to-earth, authentic, and straightforward utilizing solution-focused and mindfulness practices. My theoretical model is an eclectic blend of transpersonal, person-centered, and humanistic approaches to counseling.
