The staff of the Children’s Eye Institute of Savannah enjoyed Dining in the Dark at the Savannah Convention Center last Thursday evening. Congratulations to the Savannah Association for Blind and Low Vision for another successful event.

Exciting news in myopia control:

The Stellest Lens is now available at the Children’s Eye Institute of Savannah!

This newest glasses technology uses multiple tiny lenslets to reduce myopic progression in most children.

The Stellest Lens is available in a greater range of prescriptions for myopia and astigmatism than the MiSight contact lens and offers an alternative to nightly low dose atropine drops.

You can discuss your options in controlling your child’s myopia at your next appointment with Dr. DeVaro or Dr Bennett.
